Together, we’ll move gently but intentionally through the layers that toxic relationships leave behind—like self-doubt, overgiving, fear of repeating the past, or struggling to say “no” without guilt.
You’ll learn to tune into your emotions (instead of avoiding them), understand the beliefs driving your choices, and rebuild your sense of worth—piece by piece, with creativity and care.
Each week, we’ll explore a different part of your healing with hands-on tools and soulful exercises like:
