Masters in Counselling psychology, registered CCC, and with ACTA in Alberta. I specialize in helping men and women recover from the impact of toxic or narcissistic relationships, whether from parents or partners. If you’ve endured the abuse and trauma of antagonistic, argumentative, or gaslighting communication and now struggle with trusting yourself or others, I want to support you. The first step in healing is gaining awareness and self-compassion about how these relationships and characteristics have shaped your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll work on identifying narcissistic behaviours, setting healthy boundaries, and rebuilding your confidence to trust and connect again.
I always make notes you can see and invite you to write or draw in session so communication is open. A big part of my work is helping clients work through shame from a pattern of unhealthy relationship patterns.
My Journey Begins
Professed recovering love addict
I used to seek all my direction and validation from being 'in love.' It wasn’t until the crash of a narcissistic relationship that I realized how far I had fallen. That breaking point forced me to face the truth—I had been caught in a cycle of love addiction. From that moment on, I knew my future had to be different, and that change had to start with my own healing.
